Disposition Agent and Acquisition Agent Referral Bonus Details
For a referral to a NW Team located outside of California – $5,000. Earned in 2 installments following hire:
- $2,500 after 3rd closed transaction;
- $2,500 after their 10th closed transaction.
For a referral to a NW Team In California – $10,000. Earned in 2 installments following hire:
- $5,000 after 3rd closed transaction;
- $5,000 after their 10th closed transaction.
(Note that the value of the referral fee is determined by where the candidate is being referred, not by where the NW Agent is located.)
